GSBAS Annual Dinner

May 2 @ 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Join us on May 2 for a fun time with fellowship, sharing, and learning as we reconnect at our Annual Dinner being held at Captain Bill’s Restaurant with guest speaker Mike Bottini! Remember to participate in our raffle prizes & painting giveaway of original artwork from Steven D’Amato. You do not have to attend to win.

Chance to Win an Original Painting

Artist in residence, Steven D’Amato is painting the most adorable painting of a male Gila Woodpecker, Melanerpes uropygialis, flying into the nest cavity it created in a Saguaro Cactus (a.k.a. Saguaro, a.k.a. Giant Saguaro), Carnegiea gigantea. Only $10 per raffle ticket allows you the opportunity to own this original, framed painting. Steve uses a combination of images from his research to produce an original, realistic scene.

You need not be present to win.

Mike Bottini Guest Speaker

Mike is a wildlife biologist and founder of the L.I Natural History Conference who is with the Seatuck Foundation doing ongoing research on River Otters and is a member of IUCN Otter Specialist Group. Mike will be speaking on the natural history, behavior, and ecology of the River Otter!
